About TTN
The Things Network is an international initiative aiming to create a secure and collaborative Internet of Things (IoT) network in countries around the world. Fikalab and Critical Software pioneered the initiative in Coimbra, providing the city with connectivity through a LoRaWAN (Long-range Wide Area Network).
A network for everyone
The goal is to create a gigantic and living IoT testbed covering the entire city with gateways, sensors, devices and apps that bring value to the local community and economy.
What makes TTN valuable is what we do with it
From monitoring transports, air quality, noise and much else besides, the limit of the projects that can be developed using TTN is our imagination.
